GermanCombatAwards(the site) is also in no way responsible for the transactions entered between members. This is a collector to collector system and if you are not happy with the transaction in any way, you should not continue. This site can not guarantee the safe arrival of your items, the return of your money, or any other aspect of the transactions carried out. Most of the transactions happen without problems, if we receive a complaint on the use of the sales forum and the accused member does not contact the administration we reserve the right to suspended said member. Geman Combat Awards ist in keiner Weise zuständig für Transaktionen zwischen den Mitgliedern. Bei Unsicherheiten fragen Sie erst ein Mitglied des Moderatorenteams bevor Sie irgendwelche Transaktionen starten. Diese Webseite kann und will nicht das sichere Ankommen Ihrer Sachen, das Rückabwickeln eines Geschäftes oder irgendeinen anderen Aspekt Ihrer Transaktion garantieren. Es handelt sich hier um einen weltweiten Militariamarkt, daher handeln Sie bitte immer vernünftig. Dieses vorausgeschickt, 99% aller Transaktion laufen ohne Probleme. Wenn wir eine Beschwerde erhalten versuchen wir das Problem zu klären. Mitglieder die gegen die Regeln des Verkaufs verstoßen werden gesperrt. Im folgenden die Verkaufsregeln: I) Returns –a) Returns must be allowed by the seller for any reason for a period of 7 seven days from when the items arrives.a) Sachen können ohne Angabe von Gründen innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückgeschickt werden. b) The item must be returned via traceable means, and in the same exact condition as was received. b) Zurückgeschickte Sachen müssen in unverändertem Zustand sein und verfolgbar versendet werden. II) Reproductions -Any reproductions sold on this forum must be clearly marked as such. The sale of fakes is not allowed. If you post an item here, you are agree that it may be discussed in the appropriate forum by the members.Kopien oder Sammleranfertigung müssen deutlich als solche angegeben werden. Verkauf von nicht deklarierten Kopien ist nicht erlaubt. Mit dem Anbieten einer Sache stimmen Sie zu, daß es innerhalb des Forums diskutiert werden kann. III) Disputes - UnstimmigkeitenIf a disagreement occurs, both parties are be encouraged to first attempt a resolution. In the case that this is not possible, they will asked to submit their case in writing to the administration. The reports will be reviewed by the Administrator who will return a final verdict. Failure to return correspondence from the administrator will result in revocation of Forum Membership.Im Falle von Unstimmigkeiten sind beide Parteien angehalten es unter sich zu klären. In den seltenen Fällen wo das nicht möglich ist soll der Fall schriftlich einem Admin gemeldet werden. Der Fall wird vom Admin bewertet und ein Entscheidung gefällt. Das Nichteinhalten von dieser Entscheidung resultiert in einem Ausschluß vom Forum. Das nicht beachten dieser Regel kann zum löschen des ganzen threads führen. c) If a badge is broken or repaired please point this out. Best of all with an accompanying photo showing the damage/repair c) Falls ein abzeichen kaputt oder repairiert ist, bitte dieser angeben. Am besten mit ein photo von bruch/reperatur d) When an item is sold, please mark it as such. d) Verkäufte Artikel bitte markieren e) Posting prices for the items you have for sale is a rule. e) Es muß ein Festpreis angegeben werden. f) Shipping charges must be actual shipping costs. No extra „handling“ or „packaging“ charges f) Versandkosten müssen tatsächliche Kosten sein. Keine Extragebühren für Verpackung oder Bearbeitung. g) The seller and the buyer should contact each other as quickly as possible. If you confirm you will buy an item, you are required to pay for such in a prompt manner. If you need some time please clear this with the seller beforehand. g) Verkäufer und Käufer sollten sich so schnell wie möglich in Verbindung setzen. Nach Kaufzusage ist der Käufer verpflichtet bald möglichst zu bezahlen. Wenn Sie dafür Zeit brauchen klären Sie das bitte mit dem Verkäufer vorab. h) You are not allowed to sell stuff for other people h) Kein Verkauf im Auftrag von anderen Personen i)We expect you to sell a posted item to the first responding member. Naturally we cannot control this and if you have had problems with the buyer before this rule will be waived i) Wir erwarten, daß Sie die Sache an die erste Person, die sich meldet verkauft wird. Falls Sie schon mal Probleme mit ein Käufer hatten wird diese Regel ausser Kraft gesetzt. j) The buyer and seller should agree on the method of shipping. Details such as insurance and delivery confirmation should be talked about before the transaction is complete and money has changed hands. Most problems come from items lost in the post. A bit of extra cost for insurance is worth it in most cases. j) Käufer und Verkäufer sollten sich bzgl. der Versandmethode abspechen. Details wie Versicherung und Einschreiben sollten vor der Geldüberweisung geregelt sein. Die meisten Probleme stammen von Sachen die bei der Post verloren gehen. Das bezahlen geringfügiger Extrakosten für Versicherungen werden empfohlen.. With that I wish you all a lot of fun and good additions to your collection on this sales forum.
